Brian Fronapfel, PE

Peak Foundations Group was founded by Principal Engineer Brian Fronapfel to expertly address the critical issues building owners and facility managers face regarding the performance, resiliency, and cost of operating their systems. After nearly three decades in the industry, Brian recognized that modern facility teams need more than generic checklists – they need direct access to seasoned expertise that also leverages AI technology to navigate rising energy costs, operational inefficiencies, and system vulnerabilities. 

With almost thirty years of experience spanning engineering, auditing, commissioning, and retro-commissioning, Brian built the firm on a practical, owner-focused approach. Peak Foundations Group was specifically structured to eliminate the corporate layers often found in larger engineering firms, ensuring clients receive un-delegated, high-level attention on every project.
 
Through Peak Foundations Group, Brian works directly with owners and facility teams to assess existing conditions, investigate system performance, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency. By focusing on the unique needs of each client and each building, the firm delivers recommendations that are technically sound, practical to implement, and engineered to maximize the long-term value and resiliency of the facility.
